Foundations:
A VIRTUAL Workshop
for Early Couples
TUESDAYS 7 PM - 8:30 PM CST
JANUARY 13 - FEBRUARY 17, 2026
Join us for a six-week virtual workshop series designed for couples who want to strengthen their connection, navigate conflict with compassion, and align around their shared values.
Led by two marriage and family therapists (and a married couple themselves), you’ll learn practical, evidence-based tools to deepen communication, regulate together, and design your relationship with care.
Note: This is not therapy. This is a skills-based workshop.
Your facilitators (and IRL married couple) Marissa Cerone, LAMFT and Matt Bander, pre-licensed therapist.
